How do I purchase Cybersole?
We issue small purchase waves once per month to a select number of users on the waitlist at random. The best way to purchase is to simply join the waitlist and wait. If selected, you’ll have 7 days to complete your purchase before the invite expires.
Do you offer free trials?
No. Cybersole does not offer free trials. The lowest commitment is the £50 rolling monthly plan, which you can cancel at any time.
Do you provide discounts?
No. The 6-month and annual plans (£275 and £500) already reflect our reduced rates versus the rolling monthly subscription. We do not offer promotional codes, coupons, affiliate discounts or one-off rate reductions outside of those published tiers.
Is there an initial fee?
No. Cybersole does not charge any upfront fees, setup costs, or activation charges. The only thing you pay is the subscription fee for your chosen plan – £50 / month, £275 / 6 months, or £500 / year – billed in advance of each cycle.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in to the User Dashboard to view your plan, update billing details, switch between monthly, 6-month and annual terms, or cancel any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many instances are included?
One instance per license key. Additional temporary instances can be purchased via the User Dashboard for personal use only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Link, PayPal and many more payment methods via Stripe. Payment is taken in advance for each billing cycle.
What happens if my renewal fails?
If your renewal payment fails, we’ll re-attempt payment using the card on file for a maximum of 7 days. If all payment attempts fail then your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your license key will be terminated.
