What is Cybersole?
Cybersole is a Windows application built to automate the checkout process for limited releases across 1260+ stores and over 20 ecommerce platforms. Since 2016, our users have completed more than 4 million checkouts totalling over $1.3 billion in spend.
What retailers does Cybersole support?
1260+ supported retailers and growing. See the sitelist for the full list, or contact us to enquire about specific stores.
Which countries does Cybersole support?
Cybersole works globally, with supported retailers across the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and wider Asia.
What operating systems does Cybersole support?
Windows only. We do not support macOS or ARM-based CPUs.
Can I use Cybersole only on my mobile?
No. The mobile app is a companion to the core Windows software, which must be activated and running in parallel for mobile to control your tasks.
How much does Cybersole cost?
Cybersole is £50/month on a rolling subscription that you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll need to be selected from the waitlist again before you can purchase a new subscription. We also offer 6-month and annual plans at a reduced rate.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in to the User Dashboard to view your plan, update billing details, switch between monthly, 6-month and annual terms, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many instances are included?
One instance per license key. Additional temporary instances can be purchased via the User Dashboard for personal use only.
How do I purchase a copy?
We issue small purchase waves once per month to a select number of users on the waitlist at random. The best way to purchase is to simply join the waitlist and wait.
Do I need anything else to use Cybersole?
You'll need proxies to run tasks at scale, and captcha solving services may be required depending on the retailer. Detailed set-up guides are available in our documentation.
Where can I get help if I'm stuck?
Our documentation covers most common questions. Paying customers can also access our private Discord for live 24/7 support, or submit a formal ticket through our request platform.
